For the year 2024, the Noesis RR (recent OKJ world championship winner), TDX and Kid models remain unchanged. The Rookie, aimed at the MINI categories, on the other hand, is now also available in the new EVM version.

Still confirmed for next year are the Mercury RR and TDX models (for the shifter, single-gear and DD2 categories) as well as the Kid, for the very young drivers. What's new, however, is the Rookie (MINI), now in a brand-new version specifically for 'soft' tyres.

Now that 2021 is definitely over, CRG boss Giancarlo Tinini draws up a sporting and commercial review of the past year, anticipating the most important themes of the upcoming new season.

The line-up of drivers and the race calendar of the Tony Kart Racing Team have been defined, which will be on track in all the main international events in the 60 Mini, OKJ, OK and KZ/KZ2 classes.

Very involved in his role as President of the FIA International Karting Commission, Felipe Massa was determined to meet the different players in the 2020 FIA Karting Competitions, first during the European Championship - OK & Junior in July, then in Italy at the World Championship - KZ. Despite the tight schedule between August and November, the Brazilian was pleased with the success of the current racing season.

Sodikart is also involved in the organisation of races through its 3MK Events department. A newly formed series by RGMMC to promote and develop the CIK-FIA karting classes, Mini 60, OK-Junior, OK and KZ2. Due to the current situation Round 1 which was to be held in Germany is now officially off the calendar and replaced with Round 3 in Autódromo Internacional do Algarve Portugal. RGMMC are proud to launch the new calendar of the series in 2020 with 3 events.

A new European venue will be selected for 2020, while Birigui will be back on the calendar next year.

The CIK-FIA homologation process for chassis, brakes and bodywork, which represents about 110 products and about 50 manufacturers from 10 countries, is due to start on 1st August 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most nations in Europe and around the world are facing production difficulties and it will be difficult, if not impossible, for all manufacturers to complete the development of their new products and put them into production before August. In light of these exceptional circumstances, the CIK-FIA has decided to strongly support the industry and the future of karting by automatically extending the validity of all currently homologated products (chassis, brakes, bodywork) for one year until 31st December 2021. Manufacturers will therefore have the possibility of homologating a new product or to re-homologate it during the 2021 homologation process.
