Brandon Nilsson and Natalia Balbo will manage the CRG Racing Team in 2024

Change at the top within the CRG racing department, who greets and thanks Team Manager Andrea Todisco, who will face new professional challenges, to welcome the new duo made up of Brandon Nilsson and Natalia Balbo to the helm of the structure. Brandon has already been operating in the CRG racing department for some years, not only as a driver, but also as a track technician and will take on the logistical responsibility of the team, working in close synergy with the company management on the technical front. The role of Natalia, also a former CRG driver and since last season also working as technical support within the team, will be more concentrated in sports management and relationships with the drivers.

Both come from within CRG and will face this new professional experience already knowing the environment and all the complex mechanisms of a racing team, thus guaranteeing a more fluid rotation compared to any external figure.

This is how Giancarlo Tinini has commented on the choice made:

“First of all I would like to thank Andrea, who will leave us to face new professional experiences in the racing world and who has done an excellent job in these two years with us. Regarding the choice of Brandon and Natalia, I think that they are two very complementary profiles and that they will be able to divide responsibilities equally, giving each other mutual support to deal with all the organizational and technical problems related to the management of the team. Brandon has been integrated very well into the technical and organizational processes of the team for some years now and Natalia, similarly, this year has had the opportunity to gain various types of experience within the team, which have allowed her to have a general and complete vision of our organization. Finally, both were our drivers and raced at an international level, an important added value to better understand and interpret our drivers’ needs”.
